Letter From The ChairMinimize

We were delighted with the response to the first webinar of 2010! Thank you to Gary and Amith for sharing their knowledge of Diplomat and Commander!

We have now started using Constant Contact as our primary means of communicating with our members. To be sure that you are receiving all of the current information from the Host Users Group, please take a moment to opt-in to our mailing list. Also, please add hrumble@smshug.org to your whitelists, and make sure that your ISP is accepting mail from Constant Contact.  This FAQ will help you with a letter you might need to send to your ISP or IT department to have them allow emails from Constant Contact. Are you sure that everyone in your organization who could benefit from our monthly webinars and tips is receiving our message? Ask them to join the HUG community by visiting this link (must be a member of the HUG website) and add themselves to our mailing list!

Every year the board takes some time to review the current by-laws that govern our organization. Please take a moment to review the proposed changes at www.smshug.org, under the members only portion of the website. We will be distributing electronic ballots in May to vote on the proposed changes. If you do have questions regarding the proposed changes, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Best,

Heidi Rumble-Bassett
HUG Chair
