The Host Users Group Inc. has accepted the bid from Kingsmill Resort & Spa to be the new host for the 2007 Conference and Annual Meeting. Kingsmill is located in Williamsburg, Virginia, and was our host for the 1999 conference November 3rd - 7th.
Kingsmill Resort & Spa is Virginia’s largest golf resort, boasting 63 holes of championship golf located on 2,900 acres along the historic James River. The resort houses 425 luxurious, villa-style guest rooms and suites in an exclusive, gated community, a renowned European spa, 15-court Tennis Center, full-service marina, six restaurants and lounges, and a state-of –the-art fitness center that includes indoor and outdoor pools, indoor racquetball and basketball courts. The resort offers more than 16,000 square feet of IACC-certified meeting space encompassing sixteen meeting rooms. In addition to Kingsmill’s conference level space, the resort offers two ballrooms ranging from 4,000 to 6,050 square feet.
On Kingsmill Resort’s conference level, all rooms feature soundproofing, adjustable lighting, individual climate controls, and the latest audio-visual equipment. All sixteen conference rooms boast deck and outdoor pre-function areas where attendees can reflect upon the day’s events in the midst of Kingsmill’s breathtaking natural beauty.
